Penn is there due to the Steelers 5 SB Rings, and maybe the fact that the Greatest QB is from there too.

I think that Fl and Cal should be higher than Tx, but still pretty damn good.

thats dumb our high school football is better then any other state we have the best talent by far texas just has more history also our colleges our better to they have on major d1 we have three texes tech and a&m are useally just aorund the top 25 most most years florida mami and fsu are all in the top 15
