Florida juniors are leaving early

You Grim Reaper you.
I was trying to delude myself until the press conference.

The NCAA should put those guys on an offical NCAA Basketball poster. Did you see those guys today? Horford and Brewer could barely speak. College basketball couldn't have asked for a better story.

"I told Jeremy [Foley, Florida's athletic director] that we're back to starting over," Donovan said. "We'll have a total new team, and for the staff we're excited about the challenge. We'll have a great opportunity. But there will be a real, real major drop-off."

It's interesting to hear Donovan be so honest about it. Most coaches simply wouldn't say the words. But he's being realistic. They're losing 5 starters and 6 players in total.

If they go deep into the tourney next year, it will be one of the all-time great coaching jobs. But he's a great coach regardless.

UCLA got lucky. They could of contended for back2back2back titles.

Under the circumstances Donovan may be tempted to go elsewhere. If he does move on that would be the biggest loss IMO.

Recruitment would be hurt too.

Donovan already stated earlier today that he is staying. So no worries there.

Yeah, he may be a bit too honest. Tauren Green was looking for guidance with his decision, and Donovan told him he had to leave. Dummy.

Next year will be very odd. Walter Hodge will be the old guy. The last time we had a team with this many question marks and unknown quantities was last year:hmmm: Obviously, last year was an anomaly, but they were actually more unknown last year than next year.

I hate the gators, but i respect Donovan if he did tell Green to leave. It shows he cares about his players. He knows they aren't doing anything next year so green might as well leave, and he was honest with him

IMO, if Oden/Conley, Jr. really wonna come back, they can easily win it all.

Brewer is gonna be a stud....

Noah is gonna be a bust.

Horford is gonna be a haslem type. About 12 ppg 10 reb's....

What a class in the nba draft.
