Florio: Manning is driven to win a couple more Superbowls

Watching NBC Sports Talk and Florio said that people close to Peyton say he is as driven as ever to win a couple more Superbowl's, he is determined to get another ring or two so he can add to his legacy, he is working very hard and is determined to play next season, but health is still the issue, but where ever Manning is playing next year his goal is to win a Superbowl, that's his focus, just thought I would pass the info.
 
When will we know the true status of Manning's health status? March 8th? ...when he is trying out for new teams???
 
Nice so we will go from not making the playoffs to Super Bowl Champs in Philbin's first year.

Because there might be a "will" doesn't necessarily mean there's also being a "way." :idk:
 
I don't want to bet agaisnt him but lets think about this for a minute......when he's being healthy and at his best and with a great team he won a grand total of 1 superbowl.......now he's one hit from never playing again, would be playing in a new team with new teamates and new coaching staff at age 36 but he's going to win 2 more superbowls? I know we have a lot of dreamers on this board but when you look at it that way, how realistic is it? Just saying

I never knew great teams meant bad defense, no run game and a lousey Oline.

Transplant Manning and Brady and he has 3 three Superbowls minimum.
 
I don't understand how Manning has seen "The Best Doctor's" had "The Best Surgeon's" is an "Elite Professional Athlete" and STILL can't get Healthy ENOUGH to get on a practice field and pass a team Physical!!! Wonder what that is all about? I guess Manning Isn't Healthy, inspite of his Best of the Best capabilities!!! Kind of makes you wonder why many Dolphins Fan's still seem to think he is the "Miracle" QB that will drop in Miami's lap!!!

I was thinking the same thing when I read "Great Team" I remember he had to score 30 plus a game to be almost sure they won alot of times. Our D is so much better now than they ever were.

so you're saying he should have no problem with our amazing o-line?Look, like I said, not trying to put the guy down but to think he'll come to us and win 2 superbowls with us is a little bit of a strech
