At least John Harbaugh's teams always play hard nosed football. They always appear well prepared. Plus they always play the Patriots tough and are pretty much always in playoff contention. Get a good GM and John Harbaugh to start to build this team using the current young pieces. Only thing is Harbaugh will cost at least a 1st round pick. Which will be well worth it as long as Ross also hires a new GM that Harbaugh agrees to work with.
