I've seen Ricky Ray

I've had the chance to see Ricky Ray this year when they played the Montreal Alouettes (realise this is CFL) but the guy has great football instinc and always finds a way to hit his receivers in stride. He has to be the best quaterback I've seen in the CFL since Doug Flutie.

I've also watched all of his games on TV, he has mobility like Fiedler but he is alot more accurate 35 TDs 13 ints. His weakness is that he doesn't have a rocket of an arm I would consider him more like Vinny testervade then Brett Favre.
