Watching the Dolphins-Bears game today in the fourth quarter and seeing Jason Taylor and Zach Thomas smiling on the sidelines was a refreshing sight.
The Dolphins seemed to play with emotion and they played hard on every single snap. This was a game against the best team in the NFL at the time of kick off, the Bears has the best offense, defense and special teams and they out played Chicago in every phase of the game....a total domination.
What does this mean?
It means that this team can beat any team in the league and now it knows how to play...full throttle...no holding back anything...play lights out until the final gun sounds. The Dolphins played this game with their backs against the wall and everyone criticizing them, they got real mad, came together as a team and took down the best team the NFL could offer.
Game ball to the offensive line for the great blocking in the running game and great protection in the passing game.
Game ball to the running backs for being the first team to rush over a hundred against this stingy Bears run defense.
Game ball the the receivers who took advantage of the opportunities they had and scored three td's.
Game ball to the defensive line who harassed Rex Grossman all day and made his life miserable for four quarters of play.
Game ball to the linebackers who stuffed the run and forced the Bears to pass more than they wanted to.
Game ball to the secondary for coming up with some picks and playing the ball in the air and making plays.
Game ball to the special teams for playing hard and creating a turn over and keeping the Bears from any long returns.
Game ball to all the coaches who made a perfect game plan to beat the Bears and out coached Chicago.

Jason Taylor gets my vote for player of the game...he showed everyone he is one of the greatest players in the game...past and present.:dolphins:

Nice post man!! It was an unbelievable game today! WTG Phins!!! I am still excited, going to have a hard time sleeping tonight :sidelol: And you are right, FOOTBALL IS FUN AGAIN IN MIAMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was our superbowl this year and i'll take it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:dolphins::dolphins::dolphins::dolphins:

What a win, I was there in person...probably the hardest-hitting NFL game I've ever seen, yes more than when we stole that one in Denver in 2002, I'm hoping get a full report up here tomorrow.

"The Bears are 7-0?'' '72 guard Bob Kuechenberg said. "They'll be 8-0.''

Hey Bob, how's that crow taste? :0wned:

The Bears are who we thought they were....and we kept them on the hook!

Joey Harrington is the only guy you didnt give a gameball to...sure he wasn't perfect, but he did throw three TDs. I vote that we extend your list of gameballs to all 45 active players! Great game Phins!

A total team win. In particular, JT, Brown and the right side of the OL. IMO it is about time Vernon Carey starts getting some recognition for how well he has played this year. He worked hard to get in shape in the offseason and it shows.

The Fins have been capable of beating any team in the league all season long.

Finally, we didn't shoot ourselves in the foot!

Woooooooooooooooo!

It was great, 13th row in the endzone where all the action was. Me and maybe 2 or 3 other Fin fans in our section were goin nuts. The Bears fans were pretty cool for the most part - I'll get a report up here tomorrow.
