a top 10 offense...i'll believe it when i see it...been so long since i saw anything resembling a competent offense with this team i may go into shock when it actually happens

The last competent offense we saw was the First Half of the New Orleans game a couple years ago ..... BUT, THEN ...
New Orleans tugged on our loose-sweater thread ... & the whole thing came unraveled!! We've had a tangled mess since!!
That game was the last effective use of the wildcat, IIRC. It had nothing to do with NO and a lot to do with us abandoning the run (why the hell does this team do that when it's working, and stubbornly sticks with it when it's sucking, I'll never know).
