I have hear people saying mueller didnt do a good job getting FA and for those of you who think he wasted the offseason and didnt get enough people. he is is building a team the right way and building the team through the draft, not old FA. he is only getting old FA that will be there to help us win while the young people get older and are ready to play, like green if we get him. mueller has done a real good job getting 10 draft picks and freeing up some cap room. which is something that many havent been able to do. he has gotten a 2 and 7 for welker. and 6 for mare. and now a 7 for a jones. he has done a good job

Mueller got rid of all the overpaid underachievers and got way more than he should have for Welker.

As for signing FA's, sometimes the best move is none. He is not taking the WannSpiel or *ick Sa*an appraoch and for that we should all be grateful.

He is doing a really good job. I'd give him a B/B+ so far.

i dont think he has done a great job, but its way too early to make any judgements. I agree the welker trade was great but don't think a seventh for a good punter is anything special. I'm not crazy about guaranteeing 20 million for Joey porter who is now thirty years old and now going after a 37 year old Qb who did not play well last year. we did not improve the line but I assume he will draft oline and Te is a position of concern although Mcmichael cost too much.

He's done some good moves (Welker trade) but as for the Donnie Jones thing, I thought he was worth that 7th rounder since he is a pretty good punter. And I guess the Rams thought so too, after all, they did rip us off with Lamar Gordon. And there's no punter right now even worth us using that 7th rounder on. But if Mueller is considering using it as leverage to trade up (what he meant by "a great deal of flexibility"), then I guess I'm for it.

I don't think 10 draft picks will make this roster.

youre right, with only 4 or 6 we can make it

4 or 6 goood caliber player and by the way...we only need Oline.....and a Qb......and a TE.......and a WR...................and.....:(

It's not like we're brimming with talent at every position. Besides LB, we need help everywhere.

What it really comes down to is what Cam and Mueller do with the 10 picks. I doubt we'll come away from the draft with 10 new draftees, so a couple of those late rounders will most likely be used to jump up a few spots and grab a player or two they think will be hidden gems.

Besides... I always have 10 picks on Madden... and it works great for me.

I have 100% faith in Randy Mueller. He knows what he's doing. We're building through the draft which is the right way.

Next is a 7th for cpep and a 5th for Chambers, then he is on a roll:D

so you are saying our running backs need help. ronnie and ricky will be one of the best 1-2 running backs in the leage this year. if we get a decent line this year, i think they both with have 1,000 yards.

make it where ? We have plenty of needs but it's hard for a lower round players to unseat mediocre veterans. The day 2 guys are usually depth guys, not starters which is what you need to fill holes.

He also gave away part of his game plan when he said this 7th for jones will give us a lot of flexibility in the draft. Look for us to trade up, not above our first round pick, but start packaging for lots of move ups to 3rd and 4th i would think.
