I'm sure there are others, but that's a good start.

Ronnie's last three years:

Brown, Ronnie 907 1,008 602 2,517 13

Not too great.

Joseph Addai
Marion Barber
Reggie Bush
Kevin Faulk
Frank Gore
Steven Jackson
Edgerrin James
Thomas Jones
Maurice Jones-Drew
Willis McGahee
Adrian Peterson
Clinton Portis
Fred Taylor
Ladanian Thomlinson
Brian Westbrook
Ricky Williams

I'm sure there are others, but that's a good start.

I could name thousands of sensemore threads than this one.

..

Joseph Addai - I like Addai, he's alright by me.

Marion Barber - Who wouldn't want Marion Barber?

Reggie Bush - Hugely overrated. You wanna talk about Ronnie not living up to #2 overall?

Kevin Faulk - Sucks

Frank Gore - Great back, is going to get lost in the shuffle with retard Mike Martz.

Steven Jackson - Greedy whore, but still a good running back.

Edgerrin James - In the twilight of his career.

Thomas Jones - Solid back.

Despite all that, I still want Ronnie Brown.

Joseph Addai - no
Marion Barber - no
Reggie Bush - no
Kevin Faulk -seriously?
Frank Gore - no
Steven Jackson - maybe
Edgerrin James - no
Thomas Jones - no
Jamaal Lewis - no
Marshawn Lynch - no
Maurice Jones-Drew - maybe
Willis McGahee - no
Adrian Peterson - yes
Clinton Portis - no
Fred Taylor - no
Ladanian Thomlinson - yes
Brian Westbrook - no
Ricky Williams - maybe

in other words, that list sucks.

LOL. more ridiculous comments by you.. You'd rather have McGahee who averages less than 3 yards a carry in 4th quarters and routinely elects to take himself out late in games?

The old and worn out Edgerrin James ? LOL

It's funny you bring up Fred Taylor, because that's a guy who had a lot of injuries early in his career and missed a lot of time.. But don't let logic get in the way of anything..

And the list of "some" of those other one dimensional backs like Kevin Faulk ? LOL

What a joke.. Look at the respect Ronnie gets from other observers who are not dolphins fans who have a clue ( a lot of people would LOVE to have him, some comparing him to the next LT, some saying he is a top 5 back etc)-

Joseph Addai = Yes. But Ronnie would do good on the Colts as well. Playing with Peyton is a big bonus.
Marion Barber = No way. Slower, less dynamic version of Ronnie.
Reggie Bush = No way. Not interested in 3.1 yards per carry for a career.
Kevin Faulk = No way. A nice 3rd down back who catches well.
Frank Gore = Probably
Steven Jackson = Yes
Edgerrin James = Too old. Give me Ronnie at this point.
Thomas Jones = I'd rather have Ronnie. Jones is above average, that's all.
Jamaal Lewis = This may be his last year. Give me Ronnie.
Marshawn Lynch = Had a good first year. We'll see from here. Yes for now.
Maurice Jones-Drew = Nice back. Roughly equivalent to Ronnie.
Willis McGahee = Roughly equivalent. Ronnie is younger.
Adrian Peterson = Of course.
Clinton Portis = Getting older, but yes.
Fred Taylor = Too old.
Ladanian Thomlinson = Of course.
Brian Westbrook = Looks good in his system. Not sure about here though.
Ricky Williams = About as unreliable as Ronnie.

I'm tired of Dolphin "fans" hating on our players so much. You guys get more satisfaction from certain players failing than from the team winning. If you have such a problem with some of the players on this team, there are 31 other teams out there.

Remember Ronnie a year ago, behind a suspect line? Was there anybody that looked stronger in the entire leage? Lets pretend he heals, and recovers form; add Jake Long, RW to share, Smiley, and Chad Pennington, plus smart coaching, and I wouldnt want to be facing Ronnie Brown in any hot Sunday afternoon !!

Last year McGahee had 1,207 yards, a 4.1 YPC, and 7 TD's. Much more production than Ronnie has ever had.

The "old and worn out" James had 1,222 yards and 7 TD's, yep, the old machine still bested Brown by a long shot.

The injury ridden Taylor also had 1,202 yards, 5.4 YPC and 5 TD's last year, again, much better than Ronnie has ever produced.

Don't let facts get in the way of your opinion.

LOL

GO PHINS~!

Yeah, "let's pretend" he might break 1,000 yards one season.....
