For Sparano haters, what would you do?

the real question is, what does Sparano bring? He has no system, he doesnt call plays, and his speciality is the most overpaid and worst aspect of the team (o-line). He has no specialty, no skills to speak of other than giving playing time to Dallas retreads who any unbiased obersever sees does not belong on the field. So he cant coach or judge talent.

so what would I do- promote Nolan, a man who actually does something well. Go from there. Get more aggressive as well with the play calls.
 
First thing I would do is STOP celebrating everytime we get a field goal. He is the only HC that celebrates failure. We are in last place in the AFC East. Buffalo is improving, Jets and Pats are great teams. We need to rebuild oour team to be able to win our division. Fire Tony, get rid of Reggie Bush, and bring in a winner !!!
 
He's replaced some of his fist pumps with gorilla smacking chest pumps.. Damn loser!

Good post, I pretty much agree. I personally do not know what we should do differently, but I really hope they can find someone that does know.
 
How about we stop wasting time outs on DEFENSE in the fourth quarter of a close game when it's third down for the opposing team?

Didn't we still have two timeouts for our offense to use when we get the ball? Had we actually completed a pass they were there.

So you think it was smart to give the Browns a free time out on 3rd and 7 to talk it over and come up with a good play? You aren't sick of watching TS waste timeouts early in the 2nd half of almost every game?

Yes, but this game wasn't lost because of timeouts.
 
I keep him for the year because this team has quit on him. Fire him and bring in a new reigme and Andrew Luck. I am sick if seeing Tony and his fist pumping. Its makes me sick watching this team become what it has but the only way to make it better is to watch them suffer one more year for that Franchise QB.
 
Well, when we made bad decisions, distorted the truth, took shortcuts, etc. ... my late Dad's words of wisdom were ... If you Shat your pants, you have to sit in shat.

We're sitting in it alright. The only solution is make wise decisions over time ... you're gonna make mistakes, but you'll get it fixed & come out ahead.

A couple things Tony can do ... Be HONEST & share more info to get the players & fans on his side ... ... don't make silly excuses & statements (today said sees improvement, last week it was I don't know, week before we'll get it fixed ... shat, more shat, & big shat) ... don't blame others (firing Benny Sapp, that was a pants-shatter on its own & we can use him) ... be humble & accept blame ... etc. etc.

My football advice ... keep it simple, make sure young guys have help, encourage individual effort & make a big deal out of game-changing plays that we're short of. Not much, but that's all you can do sitting in a BIG pant-load of shat.
