So tired of coming on here and reading 20 threads about how such and such player is available as a top 5 pick next year .

This season is NOT over .

I fully expect to win this week and I think the season comes down to the Steelers game at home . Hopefully some real fans show up to cheer and give us some noise in our stadium instead of looking up " top prospects " on Google .

We have a home strech coming up and this is the time for this team to get going . If we can get to 3-3 . I truly believe we'll be fighting for a playoff spot this . Year . Now for those who show up to the stadium , let's go give ourselves some damn home field and support the team .

Fcng negativity around here is disgusting .

I wouldn't say I am 'positive' about the team right now. But yeah, season isn't over, let's see how it plays out; we could have a fun finish.

Gase did say he tries to model himself after Saban, after all.

Fast forward to December.
"I am not going to be the coach of LSU."

I want us to lose and to win.

I'd do anything to have a chance at Watson, but I also only get 16 Dolphin games a year and have to try and hope and enjoy them all.

It does take me a few days to calm down after a loss, but I'm still in wait n see mode. Cant tell much from 4 games with a new coaching staff etc.

I understand you pain . Unlike most people though , I highly doubt this team is bad enough to get a top 5 pick . Our schedule is A LOT easier going forward .

What they did to us early in the season on the road while we're trying to install new systems on each side of the ball is brutal .

Honestly , 2-2 would have been ideal . But 1-3 was expected .

As of now it's...like the Who singing "meet the new boss, same as the old boss"
I keep hoping....I keep getting let down..

Season is far from over. Team hasn't been playing nearly as bad as everyone is freaking out over, especially considering the competition they've faced and the coaching staff we have.

things will take time, but the sky isn't falling.

Everyone is just getting all riled up and having some PTSD like flashbacks to when the team was at its worse, without realizing(even though they recognized it before the season started) that there will be a setbacks as the coaching staff learns and adjusts but also that the schedule makers really hurt us(or did they?) with making the first 3 of 4 games ON THE ROAD vs Contenders

I don't think its as bad as everyone here seem to think.

In Gase we trust.

I'm with ya Hc

I'm not overly optimistic but I want to win and still believe in the qb and hope for the best as far as coaching and the rest of the team

cool. lets get to 8-8 again and stay right where we've been for the last decade+.
this team is not a contender. it's an embarrassment from top to bottom.
stop thinking that the people who get paid the big bucks actually know WTF their doing.... they don't.
sorry to $#!& on your positive thread.

Funny guy. It isn't negativity, it's reality.

know what else is reality?

NYJ
Jax
Indy
Ten
SD
Chi
Det
NO
TB
Car

ALL have 1-3 records

Plus:
SF is 1-4
Cle is 0-4

Add on Arizona 2-3

and 5 other teams at 2-2

Is Miami REALLY that far off from those other teams??

NONE of those other teams have been playing well at all

so 18 other teams that are basically in the same boat as Miami is right now

18.

AND
Miami already has 3 Road games behind them against top teams.

5 straight weeks at home(4 games)

I believe in being positive. There are some people here who just can't help finding some sort of negative where ever they can. It's sickening.

I don't know if we can get to 3-3, but I'll be watching, hoping for a good game at least. A win would be a nice bonus, but I understand this team has flaws.

I admit I've been a negative nancy / debbie downer lately so I'll try to be more positive. as you stated, this season is hardly over with. still a LOT of football left to play. I'll be rooting like hell for the Fins to win the rest of the way (starting with the game against the Titans) lets kick some ass
