Those that understand we played two hard fought games against arguably two of the best teams in the NFL.

Oh yeah, because "astute posters who understand football" will all agree that going into your 4th year of a regime, you still shouldn't be good enough to beat great teams.

Give me a break. Sparano has shown time and time again he doesn't have what it takes to compete with better teams with smarter coaches. But you can keep cranking that excuse machine if you must.

We *are* good enough to beat great teams. Otherwise we would've been rolled like KC, Indy and Seattle have been.

Just because we lost doesn't mean we *can't* win, *ever*. We had impressively bad performance of ONE unit in one game, and impressively bad performance by our K (yes, those 6 points count) on another.

But since every argument will sound like an excuse to you, perhaps it's pointless to argue further...

Everyone wanted him to change the offense, he did, he had 1 mos to get his offense ready with a New OC, new back field a revamped OL and you give him 2 games against the Pats and Houston and you're throwing in the towel? I understand those who wanted him gone after last yr, but for those who honestly said you were going to give him chance and are now calling for his head is wrong......you wanted change on the offense give the guy a chance to put the full offense in before you kill him.......

Knee JERK reactors need not apply; only moderate educated astute posters who understand football.

Those who realize that our roster is infinitely more talented than it was when this regime took over...

Those that understand we played two hard fought games against arguably two of the best teams in the NFL.

Those who understand the secret to long term success in the NFL is continuity.

I believe our team is poised to make a little run here, and prove all of you doubters wrong.

If I'm wrong I'll admit I am, but I truly think some of the vitriol being spewed on this site is pure rubbish.

The posts that QB is our problem...huh? You mean the guy who threw for 400 yards week 1? The guy who had some touchdown passes dropped last week, and had his field goal kicker miss two point blank field goals?

Listen Tony Sparano has been quick to fix his faults; yea he's learning on the job a bit...but this is no time to start over. The football PLAYers on this team have to begin making PLAYS.

We're 0-2 not 0-12 but it would be hard to tell the difference if you look on this board.

No reason to be in any sort of Suck for Luck sweepstakes; Henne is the guy. We couldn't lose enough games to get the first pick if we tried anyway.

Okay...now I feel better; continue sniffing glue and calling for Sparano's head if you must.

You will be fired if your team lose to the Browns.

I'm supporting him through the end of this year but if there is a better qualified coach ala Cowher or Gruden at that time, then I would not hesitate to bring them in.

Houston is above average at best. They're not even arguably one of the best teams in the league. They're a playoff team...another playoff team that we can't beat because we don't have a coach and we don't have a QB. New England, again, is vastly overrated. When it comes to stopping teams on third down...they can't do it. Don't be surprised if Buffalo beats New England today. But New England is New England...why?

Great QB. Great head coach.

Chad Henne is the guy?

You must be trolling.

Youll notice that most of our posters who know the most about football havent been posting in support of this thread. Surely they just missed it. Ill bump it.

a new coach now isnt going to fix this. thats what i find unreal. people thinking one guy is to blame all the time.

was it sparano's fault the players got an easy offseason with a player union holdout?

was it sparano's fault he had a new offense with new personell going up against great teams from teh get go who didnt need offseason seasoning other than ochostinko?

Bottom line is players need to play and JT is right. If players are doggin it in s florida and fans are hiding from the sun, maybe they need to move!

there ya go, there is my excuses. I hope nobody shows up to the games at all this year so ross will actually think of getting out of the stinking market to really send a message. go raven on em stevey!

When has this franchise EVER lost 11 out of the last 12 home games?...The talent level is the job of Ireland...Sparano is the coach and he is failing.

Well I'll just be Goddamned. Look at this **** right here. More evidence of me being right because JCane watches football games with his eyeballs.

New England's secondary was exposed AGAIN and they couldn't get the Buffalo Bills off the field on third down AGAIN.

How about that field goal fist pump we had to go up 16-10?

The Dolphins have now lost another game to one of the best teams in the NFL. The Super Bowl contenders Cleveland Browns . Don't worry guys, we'll turn this ship around!

Im calling for his head, the dumass cant coach and Im getting tired of field goal football !!!! No way should we lose to the Browns,Ohhhhh, unless we kick field goals all day long that is ! Dum@ss

Better not call for the coach's head. Your fandom will be questioned and people will say you're not a "real fan" and you don't want that!
