Currently, for the Wildcat formation, Chad Pennington moves over to the WR position.
I think it makes sense for him to take a few extra steps, and get off the field.
And at the same time, a backup tight end can come off the sideline, and take his WR position.
That eliminates the risk that opposing teams go after Pennington.
And it improves the blocking and receiving power on the field.
