For those who know...what's the story on Vince Young?

For those of you that follow college FB closely, what is the story on Vince Young. I thought I read a month or 2 ago that he was staying at Texas for his senior yr, is that true or just speculation? Also, is he a definite NFL qb? I heard rumors of him switching positions to WR. If heard his name floating around the 1st round, if he stays at QB do you guys see him as a Vick type (more runner than passer) or a mature mcnabb?
 
He stated he was staying for his senior year....and he's no WR....after he wins the championship ....everyone will know that.
 
I am one of the few around here that really like him as a QB, hope he comes out.
 
I think if Texas were able to beat USC in the Rose Bowl for the BCS Championship he may be tempted to come out....he is a top 3 draft pick now
(along with Leinart and Reggie Bush), and what more would Young have to prove? Unless he maybe wants to come back his senior year for a shot at the Heisman (Bush should win the Heisman this year).
 
He's staying, and he definetly could be groomed into pro material.
 
He has said he will stay but he is expected to be drafted in the top 10 for sure (probably top 5) should he come out. So many think he will come out because of that. Anyone telling you he will be a WR is VERY misinformed.

Scouts are looking at him purely as a QB. He has loads of talent and has improved enormously this year with his passing. He reminds me of a more mobile, more accurate and bigger, Donovan McNabb.
 
has a bad arm and makes bad decisions and benefits from his team more than any other player in college. also is really thin and likes to flex his "guns" after a touchdown, which is laughable at best

Whos Vy comapred to in the NFL
 
i guess michael vick is the best comparison, except vick has a great arm, and pretty much single-handly helped va tech win a ton of games in college. young has a MUCH better team around him and relies on his skill players and his line and defense to help him out

People on this borad make it seem VY is the next best thing i saw him play a couple of times i say hes the next ANDRE WARE
