Ford Jr. Wants Millen Gone

Matt Millen needs to get fired if they even want to get any chance in re-signing Roy Williams. You think Roy is going to let his agent speak with that clown when he has a chance to play for teams like the Cowboys? Jerry Jones is a big fan of Roy Williams and would throw the bank on him to play along side of T.O.

Also, the Lions might start tanking the season if they finally want a franchise QB; that's if Mark Sanchez plans to enter the draft. If not, that franchise is screwed because I don't see any other QB in college worthy of the #1 pick.

Unless there are Stafford fans here.. but eh, I think Mark Sanchez is a whole lot better than Stafford.

here's the thing with Millen I've found interesting, he tries to force the coaches to play his guys. He refused to let Mooch go out and get Drew Brees (who was coached by Greg Olsen, Mooch's OC in Detroit) because he wanted to play Joey (the Lions actually offered 2 2nds and a conditional 3rd for Brees after his first Pro Bowl season), and insisted that Artose Pinner play over Kevin Jones (who was developing nicely at the time).

He's also done an abysmal job with FAs and the draft. WE complain about our drafts, outside of Calvin Johnson and Roy Williams, the Lion fans hate every other player on their team.
 
I can't believe Mr. Ford said that to a reporter that kind of thing should be kept behind closed doors.

not really here though as Jr does not run the Football team, but everbody (even non Lion fans) were saying Millen should be done. Hell, ESPN even said good maybe this will make the Lions make a move.
