Forget about Maurice Mann

"scheduled to be cut" isn't really accurate. He's more of a long shot to make the final roster but he's shown enough in my eyes to constitute a viable roster spot. It just depends on who we want to stay the most.

I still believe Alex Holmes will make the roster. Call it an odd feeling and despite Nublar's bold comments in the chat room (;)), you never know.
 
well for all those Eddie Moore haters he is gettin cut as well but Mann is going to be even though he had a good preseason oh well thats the way the cookie crumbles

Mann showed some skills but he probably will get caught up in the numbers game.
The fins have too choose between two TEs who cant catch ,Lee and Holmes and my guess is that it will be Holmes that will be cut.

Moore cant stay on the field and does not fit the mold ot the tall rangy LBs Saban likes.I dont know if he makes the final cuts.

It don't mean much being a leading receiver in preseason..
See Robert Baker and D. Thompson, and JR Tolver ..

He is not a rookie and he has already said he doesnt like the idea of going to the PS.
 
Lee is not going to be cut despite what some of you may think of him. Lee is still the best blocker at tight end on this team, by far. You can't drop a tight end who is an above average blocker when all you have left is an average blocker in Randy McMichael and a below average blocker in Lorenzo Diamond. John Owens, despite his size, is only an average blocker as well.

Even tho Gilmore has had injury issues, he is about as good a reciever, has a little more experience and is a better STer...therefore...Gilmore will stay before Mann...

Besides, even tho the papers are probably pretty close to being right, they are just supposing, just like we are here...
