4. keep Wallace or less u got better plan. stop letting good player go because of coach. our coach aren't that good replace player. and making them good

3. Agree somewhat. The offense played better the last half of the season but the defense fell apart down the stretch
4. Really hate to lose the 10 TD's and stretching the field benefit he brings but if he indeed quit on the team i don't want him around long term.
5. I'd go OL , DL , ILB , WR , CB either free agent or draft choice as our top needs.
WR moves up the list if they move Wallace of course.
In the draft go BPA at any of the above positions.

It's a simple formula to get to the playoffs and beyond.

For starters they can get a new head coach that inspires his team and truly leads the......wait that won't happen.

Ok they can get a true number one receiver that will fight for the ball and not eat up too much cap space....huh?

Oh and then they can get some big, physical corners that can shut down the.....hold on you mean to say what?

The real key is a solid offensive line where we finally have no question marks about....ugh ok there's a pattern here.

Finally a key will be those Linebackers that can play in space and ball hawk sideline to sideline.....what you say whaaaat?

Everyone on this team has to evolve. from the players to the coaches....everyone just has to be better and more consistent.

From a player standpoint, we need to finally fix the O-line once and for all. We also need the D-line to get consistent pressure on the opposing QB and stop the run. If we do those two things alone....we are way ahead of where we were.

I'm actually optimistic about 2015. We have a solid core and both free agency and a draft ahead of us. Lets see how we stack up after both of those events are over.
