After making some of the best throws of his career to help beat San Diego last week, he drove the Dolphins 75 yards in 1:35 to the winning score with 40 seconds left Sunday, on a 9-yard pass to DeVante Parker to beat the Los Angeles Rams 14-10. It was a pressure drive executed perfectly by a player who had three of his starting offensive lineman on the sidelines -- and it came on a rare rainy day in Southern California.
That drive came after he led the Dolphins 77 yards to another touchdown pass to Jarvis Landry to cut the lead to three at 10-7 on a day when the offense was essentially a punt-fest.

Curious what the Big O has to say. Anyone listening?

After what has happened to this team since, well Marino really, this kind of success feels almost surreal.

You couldn't pay me enough to listen to that guy. And not because of his opinions, but because he's just a shrieking buffoon who spends 3 hours yelling over people he invites to call into his program specifically so that he can just yell over them.

a little secret... when they tell us who makes the playoffs, they don't care who you beat or by how much, they just care how many games you won. unless it goes to tiebreakers...

I give more credit to the defense, only because it was a unit I had pegged to struggle from the beginning and I believed Adam Gase and Ryan Tannehill would have to win games 31-27 all year to even be .500.

This isn't to take away from how Ryan is playing, hell the offense got a Spark from Ajayi as well which completely changed the identity of the team . . . .but that front 4 has been critical. Really take a look at the names of that back 7 (aside from Kiko) and wonder how on earth are we 6-4 with the defense being a catalyst.

Ryan deserves the glory, he is the QB, but Suh and Wake and Kiko have been special. Three guys are literally making a 11 man unit functional.

While the front four have been on fire rushing the passer, lets not take shots at the secondary. They are ranked #8 overall and have been doing good so far. The focus needs to be on our rushing defense which is ranked near the bottom of the league.

The pass defense is ranked 8th, Not the secondary. Hell every other week PFF has one of our guys graded as the worse DB of the week in the NFL, it seems like. Pass defense has everything to do with the front 4 . . . . But to your point, the secondary are playing at an acceptable level but they need to be having their wives cook Wake, Suh and Branch dinner twice a week for making it that much easier for them lol.

Rushing defense has a lot to do with the LBs flanking Kiko, but I think they have found the best combo with Hewitt on the weakside and Paysinger at strong.
