We're like the San Diego Chargers of a few years ago - good QB, good GM, some good talent, poor head coach. I hope they don't waste Ryan's best years waiting for Philbin to become a decent head coach.

I want Tannehill to work on 2 things this off-season

1) Learning how to get rid of the ball. He's taken some awful sacks in his career thus far that have killed offensive drives.
2) His willingness and confidence in the intermediate and deep ball throws.

The OLine is not nearly as bad as you may think.

There are 3 quality pieces on this line: Albert (hopefully back 100 percent) / Pouncey (back 100 percent at Center) / James at RT

You basically have to fill the 2 guard spots. Billy Turner played well today, he will probably be a legit contender at one of those guard spots. Then maybe go after a FA guard in the offseason . . . possibly Orlando Franklin and your line is set. Just need some depth at this point. Resigning Garner, Satele and Shelley Smith would be solid for this team. You probably have to give Dallas Thomas another shot and possibly a day 3 draft pick . . . but this oline isn't as bad as it looks.
