former Dolphin Marcus Vick's brother Mike Vick not only broke......

Why would you refer to Micheal Vick as the brother of Marcus Vick?? Mike was on a star, Marcus would be lucky to be on a reality show with Paulie Shore and Seth Green

I know I might get slammed for this (and don't get me wrong - I think that what he did to the dogs was deplorable), but I have to say that after the jail time and the loss of every dime he ever had - and maybe some debt thrown on top - Vick may very well have paid his debt to society. His options will be very limited when he gets out. You know someone will give the guy another chance at football somewhere, and he may have actually earned it. For his sake, I hope this has made him grow into a real man, and has taught him that making bad decisions could cost him more than money.

And NO, I don't think Miami should ever give him that chance. Just so that's clear.

He is low class he deserves to live with the low class. He should never be allowed to play again, we dont need that kind of low life trash as role models in the NFL, this has no buisness in the Miami Dolphin section, neither of them are Dolphins and nor will they ever be.

since when is mike vick reffered to as former Dolphin Wr MArcus Vick's brother ???

oh nm your trying to make this dolphin related.... nice effort !!

well to be fair, there are guys in the NFL right now that are just as bad (or worse) role models than vick could ever be
and they are still playing

I beleive that once you do your time, and paid your debt to society then its done.

Then he can go get a job at WalMart. To get paid like a professional athlete is more than just a second chance at life. He has some college under his belt. More than a lot of us. Let him work for a living instead of playing a game.

As a financial supporter of animal abuse prevention , I'm long on record as wishing that skuzzbag gets housed with animal-loving lifers. I've got no sympathy for what's inevitably happening to him realizing it's merely a Karmic Law of The Universe reaction. As far as The Fins considering scooping him up if he makes it safely out of incarceration, I'd be one of those letter-writing, sign-waving, advertiser-threatening protesters right from the get-go since selfishly, I'd hate to have to root for some other team."

I agree, although I'm not sure who would want to take a chance on him after all the negative publicity surrounding his off field antics.

I'm glad he is broke, he's a dirtbag who doesn't deserve luxuries.

That was an incredibly convoluted way of getting this thread into the Dolphins forum.

get a job at walmart, mcdonalds, Ford, microsoft, pepsi, anywhere who cares

if someone is gonna give him a job based on his skills, knowledge and talent then let them
if it just happens to be by an NFL team then so be it.(I hope to god its not the dolphins) but whatever
the point is, he messed up BADLY, hopefully he is smart enough to realize this, and learn from this, and hopefully he can surround himself with ppl that will allow him to progress his life in a more positive manner.

but once he is free, than I think let him be. unless he screws up again ,

IMO, he should be free to do whatever he wants
