Any former players you guys are pulling for?

A bit of an odd one for me but I always liked Shelby as a rotational, hustle player. Who’s still playing / who are you pulling for?

I'm still pulling for whomever is playing the Patriots. I'd love to see Atlanta exact some revenge for choking last year. I also love Freeman, he's one of my all time favorite Seminoles.

Charles Clay - one of my favorite old Dolphins. He should never have got away. The irony is that we ended up paying big bucks for disappointments like Jordan Cameron and Julius Thomas when Charles was better than them all along.

With the 9th overall pick in the 2006 draft the Miami Dolphins select Ted Ginn Jr.

Bust at number 9 but Ginn has put together a nice career. Still making plays in a playoff game in his 11th season. Not bad.

Best thing that ever happened to Ginn was us moving on from him. He seems to be in the playoffs every year.

I’m hoping big for a Henne sighting lol. It would make for fun discussion if the Jags won a playoff game that Henne entered.

I have no problem with Brees and Ginn who just scored but even moreso I'm rooting against any team with Jeff Ireland playing an influential role being successful.

SPielman got screwed here; would'nt mind The Vikings doing well

There is a reason why this good teams pick Ginn to fill a valuable spot. He helped 5 different team make the playoffs. No way we make it 08 without his plays.

Hey I like to support most former Dolphins and hope they are playing and doing well (unless they are playing us) because it supports my long standing argument our issues and lack of success is because of our coaching or GM staff. Just think of the number of draft picks we have spent churning our roster when the players we had on the roster already were capable. These coaching changes and roster churnings are pretty much excuses for the current coaching staff blaming the former players for the teams lack of sucess. BS.

Because other teams are using him for what he is. Where as Miami tried to make him something he wasn't.

I dunno, spielman traded for Feeley, Lamar Gordon (a trade in which this site had a hard on the size of Dirk Digglers over) and Marty Booker.

Gordon was so bad I don’t know if he ever had more than a 3 yard run while here. This place was acting like we fleeced the Rams big time lol.

I don’t recall if it was ‘08 but I was at the game in N.J. when he ran back to back kicks for TDs and Jason’s Taylor ran a long fumble return TD. Was awesome to witness 3 huge scores like that in person.

I think Gordon had exactly 3 yards and tore his knee at the same time. Not sure he ever played again after that. Some fleecing - a third string RB!

Well he hit more than 1 carry, thought he was in a couple games. Ran straight, got tackled. That was him in a nutshell. I’m telling you finhesven was acting like we got a star.

It was 09. We beat the Rex lead Jets in a Thriller on Sunday night in Miami we’re Ginn best Revis for a long TD from Henne. Rex was pissed said they made our QB look like Dan Marino. Than we played them later on and the offense was complete garbage. Their defense dominated our offense only Ginn ran back 2 kicks and JT returned a fumble for a TD and spiked in on the Rex Ryan poster.

Ah yes reminiscing about the Ted Ginn days Fun fun.

Let’s not forget how bad he was when we were crushing the unbeaten Saints that same year.

Ginn is having a nice game today. He may not have been worth the #9 pick in the draft but he has put together a solid NFL career.

Love watching Ted Ginn. He's been one of my favorite under the radar guys since he's left this abysmal franchise. Sean Payton uses him correctly, and boy, is he a dangerous threat.

Happy for him to be having a successful career after idiot Dolphins fans unfairly bashed him. They drafted him as a top 10 pick to be a #1 WR. He was never going to become that. Not his fault. He's found a place in this league and is a potent threat in one of the best offenses in football and one of the best teams (if not the best).

And that's just one of many reasons why I will pull for the Saints. Alvin Kamara has quickly become my favorite player in the NFL. There's also Drew Brees.... Let's not even go there.

Put up a poll a while back, who would have a better all around career Jarvis Landry or Tenn Ginn.

It was overwhelming for Landry. Landry’s next contract may surpass Ginn in career earnings. But Ginn has been a Journeyman and filled roles for 5 different team that have made the playoffs. He made a big play in the Super Bowl that almost helped his team come back from a huge deficit and win. Lot of hate for him because we picked him earlier than he should have been drafted. We’ll see if Landry ever gets to sniff as many big games a Tedd Ginn has been in.

Rishard Matthews, even though he didn't do much in the first playoff game. He's been solid for the Titans. Always liked him as a Phin. He has some good chemistry with Tannehill back when we had no receivers.

Also rooting for Ginn. The Saints are my Superbowl pick this year. I'm thinking Steelers/Saints or Patriots/Saints.
