Former Hurricanes Lamar Miller and Olivier Vernon turning heads in OTA's

That lead is like shanking your opening drive out of bounds, then teeing up and doing it again.

I appreciate attempts at creative leads but sometimes you have to sense it's not working, and default to bland.

I'm not sure about #44 for Miller. I like 47 for running backs, probably because of O.J. Anderson's success as a Cane.

50 still seems like Larry Gordon. That will be somewhat spooky, seeing 50 outside right for the Dolphins.

if you talk about retired numbers, and you think about the dolphins, the very few numbers we've retired, it's pretty elite group.

12, 13, 39.

now consider what each of those numbers meant to not only the team, and greatness but also what they mean and have meant to miami.

Jason Taylor should be the next up there after his HOF induction but a couple of linemen from the 70's might be more deserving. Kuch , Little , Langer , then Stevenson later. The smaller the group the more meaningful it is .
