Former NBA referee Tim Donaghy was attacked in prison

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- Former NBA referee Tim Donaghy was attacked in prison by a fellow inmate who claimed he had ties to the New York mob, a spokesman for Donaghy said Thursday.
The attacker hit Donaghy in the right knee with a stick or club in November at a minimum security federal prison camp in Pensacola, said Pat Zaranek of Executive Prison Consultants.

Good he should after the way he officiated the game 6 of the 2002 WCF Lakers vs. Kings. The kings got jobbed. I am a huge magic fan there are bad calls going both ways this series but we are losing because of are poor fundamentals. If we make fts we would probably would be tied 2-2 and maybe even up 3-1. But there is no excuse for the way the 2002 WCF was officiated.
