Im so over draft talk, so here is a challenge for you guys (im stealing this straight from other forums - its a uk football forum but it should still work for the NFL with a few changes)

Here are the rules:
- You have 22 picks - Build an O and a D
- Must select: 4 legends, 11 current players and 7 ex dolphins that are still in the NFL

So what will your legends be? A qb? rb? WR? what about some corners on D?

Wasn't sure after reading the thread title, but an interesting take on it, I'll give it a go...

Built this based on the players being in their primes... and potential (Jordan)... A few players out of position... Jake Long at RT, honestly, not sure which side I'd put them on between Albert and Jake. I think Albert is the better pass blocker so he makes more sense at Left.
 
It's a challenge to pick 11 and not have holes...

I think that is the point of the game

Are there more rules that I'm not seeing (I'm on my phone)? Is there a limit to the number of legends and ex-phins? That would make it more interesting. Otherwise, you may see one or two current players on there for me. Maybe.

Ok well as it was my idea, here is my team for you all to rip apart.

And here is my thinking:

At QB - erm guess

RB- Gives Dan the running game he was denied in reality. I strongly considered Bush here- was never a huge fan but with Marino to scare the d and his pass catching ability Bush could have been great.

O line- guards was tough, I couldn't think of anyone better than Smith that wasn't retired and Mathis is a little cheating but he was on the roster til we cut him so he is an ex fin. A healthy Long starts at LT over Albert but idk if Albert would be great RT so I will leave it as he is. Pouncey is a stud.

Weapons - Wallace, Marhsall, Hartline and Clay would terrify any team in history with Marino and a "strong" Rb



Ok so on D - I think I created a team that would be damn hard to put points up on and paired with the O in this team would just smash teams


CB- I didn't know how to pick between Sam and Pat so I just guessed. Grimes is a stud

S- Jones has so much talent when it all clicks for him and Bell is just really really solid, he even was good last year at 60 or w.e age he is these days

LB - Misi is no stud but does everything solidly. I was always a big Dansby fan and was one of the few here to appreciate what he did when he was here.. and Thomas well its obvious

DE- Wake is stud and unlike many I really like Jordan, when he does get on the field he makes plays.

DT- love Soliai (grrrr Hickey) and Odrick is a complete stud, he was our best DT last season

If he is still playing he is an ex player. Anyone who is retired is a legend

Oh....well that changes everything. Plenty of good ex. players that I would not consider "Legends"
