Fox Sports Mock draft ***now with round 2 mock**

I dislike the Okoye pick. He doesn't fit anywhere on this D and that would be a shame.
 
I don't like any of the picks. If your going to pick defense...then you should be looking at corner or ILB.
The Dolphin's have to look at two positions on the offense...Center and LT....before anything else.
 
With the 9 pick? I hope your kidding about center.

Wide receiver? Quarterback?

Not with the 9th...I'm looking for the Dolphins to trade backwards. WR and or QB are positions that I don't expect the Dolphins are going to go after early....especially IF they bring in either Green or Carr. Just too much talent at WR to use the 9th pick on.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them go after Staley after trading back and then trade up alittle to get a guy like Kalil....and still have enough picks to select a corner or ILB in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. If Peterson falls...don't be surprised if the Dolphins get a phone call...for some team to get in front of the Bills...As in G.B.?
 
That trade is gonna be crushed real soon sadly. I think Green Bay or Buffalo will end up with Turner. Actually the interesting thing about Miami is if we go WR, we set the CB chain back all the way to the late teens. We might end up with one at 40.
 
The draft is pretty ugh IMO. As much as I like Okoye (how could anybody not like him, his upside is TREMENDOUS), we just have other options we need to address. I'm still not sold on Gonzales either, I think he is overrated. The Merriweather pick I wouldn't get mad at, the FIU thing is the only thing keeping this kid out of the mid-late first round . . . great talent.
 
IMO

If Peterson is still on the board when we pick at 9.
We HAVE to trade down. He will have great trade value for us.
Plus, we keep away from the Bills.
I think there is no way we can let him slip to the bills
 
Using the top two picks on defense is wrong. Maybe one of them, but we need to stop ignoring the offense in the draft.
