Fox Sports: "The Miami Dolphins are the Laughingstock of the NFL"

Nothing said that shouldn't already be known.

Utter dysfunction, operationally they're bush league, and an embarrassment of an organization.

*And so accurate I had to add it to my sig.

Every sports media seems to be dumping on the Dolphins. The pregame for the TNF no one was giving us a chance that night or the future. We don't scare any teams right now.

Those uniforms were god awful, and then they embarrass the city on TNF.
Yep, it is true.

Stephen Ross is more interested in celebrity owners and the stadium than he is in winning. He's more interested in being a clown than putting in the work to put a team together.

How many times have we been laughingstock of the league under Ross. He has completely broken down our legacy. Hate that incompetent ****.

At one time the Dolphins were the laughing stock, then in came Don Shula. Then the Bills were the laughing stock, then came Marv Levy. And the Patriots have often been the laughing stock, then came Belichick.

It's not just our division either. The Colts (after they left.our division) were laughing stocks because of Irsay, until Peyton. The Bucks were forever until Chucky won them a Super Bowl. The Bengals were for sooooo long between the Boomer Esiason / Icky Woods team and the arrival of Marvin Lewis. The 49'ers were for a long time before Bill Walsh.

But that's just it. Get a top coach and string together a bunch of winning seasons and that whole thing changes.

Gase is laying the foundation. If he is a top coach, we will start winning. Remember, even Jimmy Johnson sucked his first year, but when he turned that thing around in Dallas, he built a juggernaut through the the draft (aided greatly by the Herschel Walker trade).

So yeah, we haven't had many winning seasons in recent memory, so we are going to get picked on. But if we flip that and start winning season after season that stuff fixes itself.

Nothing is turning around with Ross and Tannenbaum running this team. It's a harsh truth, but it's the truth we're stuck with.

Jimmy Johnson was already a proven and superior head coach at the collegiate level.

So far you've compared Gase to Shula, Belichick and Jimmy Johnson. :chuckle:

Yep....as long as these two clowns are in control, we will be among the worst teams in the league
