Wow, this is an interesting mock. I would be pretty thrilled if it fell this way for us. My only complaint is that we didn't draft ANY CB's here.
25. Miami — Everette Brown, DE/LB, Florida State, Junior: FSU churns out top-flight defenders year after year. Brown is the next in line to represent the Seminoles on the big stage. Joey Porter's not getting any younger. Brown, who could likely play either the DE or the OLB spot, would be a suitable successor.
44. Miami — Connor Barwin, DE/LB/TE, Cincinnati, Senior: A defensive end/linebacker/tight end? Really? That exists? Apparently, they do. Barwin can play a variety of positions for the defending AFC East champions. Parcells and Co. would be delighted to see him drop to 44th overall.
56. Miami — Kenny Britt, WR, Rutgers, Junior: Britt had a fantastic end to the season last year, accumulating over 1,000 yards and scoring six touchdowns in his final eight games. Britt might be the youngest player taken in this draft. He's a tough kid from Bayonne, N.J. Right up Bill Parcells' alley.
87. Miami — Chase Coffman, TE, Missouri, Senior
108. Miami — Jaimie Thomas, OG, Maryland, Senior
161. Miami — Darrius Passmore, WR, Marshall, Senior
181. Miami — Anthony Scirotto, S, Penn State, Senior
214. Miami — Ray Feinga, OG, BYU
237. Miami — Will Davis, DE, Illinois, Senior
