As long as MCDaniel, Tua, Hill, and Waddle aren’t leaving, the offense will be just fine. If Smith is offered a head coaching job and decides to take it, I will congratulate him and wish him the best againt every team but the Dolphins.

I think Smith has played an important role in turning around the o-line play. Fingers crossed we don’t lose him this year. Eventually we probably will though.

Could happen, and if Miami loses him, it will be a shame, but we all know who the real O-coordinator for Miami is, just like with the Patriots, they could take their D-Coordinators till the end of time, and the D would still be effectived little.

And this is exactly why the head coach that was hired at the beginning of the rebuild should have been from the offensive side of the ball. When you start to lose assistant coaches because you’re having success, the real system is still in place because of your head coach.
