Frank Thomas was my favorite player for the White Sox his entire career. Then of course once the Nats came into town, I became a Nats fan and the ChiSox win the World Series.
Frank is still my favorite player of all time. Congrats Big Hurt!!

You don't think Thomas was dominant in the 90's? He's a .300 career hitter. He batted over .300 for the first eight years of his career, usually way over .300. His career BA is 21 points higher than Thome.500 Homers normally would be a sure thing for the Hall of Fame, but I think Frank is borderline, just like Jim Thome. I think it has to be more than just playing a lot of years, you have to be a dominant player at your position.

He was very dominant in the 90's! I think he is in the Hall of Fame and if not for all the injuries who knows where he would be. Would have loved to see him and Griffey stay healthy
Yeah, Thomas had 2 MVP's, is to 20 career slugging %, and had 11 seasons with over 100 RBI!
Don't get me started on Griffey. Every baseball fan was robbed.
