Fred Gibson released from practice squad

I was not sure if this was common knowledge around here or not. According to foxsports.com on the Phins team page, they released him a few days ago and signed some CB that I have never heard of. I guess he didn't have nearly the potential the Steelers though they were getting with the fourth round pick.
