I saw this on Yahoo Sports by Charles Robinson. I thought he did a good job.

Free agent forecast

I hope the Fins show some interest in signing Brees, Clements, Hutchinson, or Peterson.

Steve Hutchinson would be my #1 target (because I don't think Brees will be free)...the guy is a rock.

The Bolts will franchise Brees for sure and then look for a deal. Like the writer said though, IF he hits the open market the bidding war will be crazy.

Drew will be a VERY wealthy man regardless.

I hope the teams that need a QB can go after Brees and allow Leinart to slip a bit.

I like Clements too, but I think he's smaller than Nick typically likes his CB's to be. I would like to get Hutch and Peterson.. then go after one more quality safety or WR if one becomes available somehow... I think Daniels and Poole will be a nice combo next year with Madison maybe even playing a 3rd CB instead of starting.. and of course, we need to get a young QB to go with Ricky, Ronnie, Randy, and Chris.. I'd still like to have a pure no questions asked number one receiver. I think Chris is great, but, someone with elite speed and ability across from him would do wonders..

T.O., hutchinson, peterson. would be awesome. cutler, quinn, or leinart at qb. draft a C in the 2nd or 3rd.

what did this guy wrote , cincy will be 25 $ million under ??? i think they have to pay chad johnson soon though, he is still in his rookie contract or not ?

as for us i would love to get hutchinson here, but´i only believe it, when i see it that we are going for a high priced FA, yeah kevin carter last year was the first time really we did that, imo

agree! we nevered did taht cuz our coaching staff n all involed were too stupid at the time n coudln't pick right from wrong and made stupid trades. plus, jj and wanny were conservative coaches n there game plan was to run n punt have the defense stop em as we had a deadly defense at the time then get the ball back with better field position and keep doing this till we got a field goals up. rem. mare shattered a fg attempt n made record few years back. 38-42 when he was in his prime! they dindt wnat to spend on FA cuz they spent it on the young team we had through some decent drafts and wasted it on stuipd players.

Hutchinson...without hesitation! He could anchor the interior for 7-10 yrs. Plus he's a local boy from Ft. Lauderdale.

If Miami picks in the middle of the pack next year then the chances of landing an all-world LT or QB would be slim. Getting Hutch would allow us to go after another huge area of need in '06...getting younger on DEF.

If Steve Hutchinson is available, we do what we should have for John Tait, offer him the world...he's rock solid. I'd also like the idea of having Reggie Wayne lineup opposite Chris Chambers, or a Channing, Zach, and Julian LB corps. However, I believe both of those guys are getting franchised. The real question is this, if we can get T.O. cheaper than Reggie Wayne, do you do it? Also, if we draft a Center with our 2nd pick I'll go insane...everyone get off of drafting a Center so high on our draft board, if we draft one, I promise it won't be until 4th round

First of all Tait never wanted to go to Florida, being a mormon he (and above all his wife as far as I remember) hated the Florida life style, therefore he went to the Bears.
Also, he is anything but a Pro Bowler in Chicago, just solid. And for being solid he is expensive.
Saying that, it would be great to have Hutchsinon, but when I look what people paid for Tait or Damien Woody, I think the Fins better draft a G (or sign a street free agent or whatever) and spend their money on CB, WR, CB, DT, LB and CB.

Hutchison and keep all lineman we have this year. they have formed an amazing chemistry and should not be broken up.

I say throw some bones to john abraham. young, injury prone but will be good opposite taylor

and definately drew brees. we will definately have the cap space
