Uzomah if we sign a new te. I dont think it will happen but if it did thats who i would sign. Te from shanahan offense.

Dalton Schultz is only 25 and gets good yac.
Evan Engram could be a good one in our offense.

Looking at these names I think letting Gesicki go is the way to go. Some good young TEs that are a better fit are on the market.

I really like the idea of Schultz

If we don't re-sign Mike G, I would try to re-sign Smythe and go after Evan Ingram. Engram would give us some elite athleticsm at the position, who could be deployed in various ways and formations.

So we 2 take TEs in two straight years after our 1st year QB Long never got much play year 1

I don’t think so, we need a vet to pair with Long otherwise we have two rook TEs

3 or 4 of those guys and we're ready for the draft. We need at least one WR and one OL guy out of free agency and then one of each in the draft.

As far as TE's go, there are a few there that could be a good fit for us.
