hey im new here and this is my first post but anyway i am pretty positive that brees is our next qb but im wondering once we get brees will be able to get T.O. and/or ty law or other free agents? cause i know brees, owens and law are big name guys so do you think we could get 2 or all of them?

One at a time. Let's concentrate on actually getting Brees. QB > CB > WR.

Of course we could get all of them. But TO and Law would have to eat the championship premium.

Welcome to FINHEAVEN Miami FAn! Drew Brees will probably be the first guy that we go after in FA, i don't think that we are going to go after T.O. and if we do it will be a one year type deal to see if he can behave himself.

Brees should be a priority, We are already having enough problems getting under the cap, why try and bring in so many expensive players. Brees, then look to the draft for help. Oh yeah, screw T.O.

Let's keep hoping we can get Brees signed right away. After that I am sure that Saban will look for the players to help strengthen this team and I doubt that TO fits in that category since his specialty is destroying teams.

Signing Brees will likely take all of our cap, we can draft BPA, I would like to draft Winston Justice, Bunkley,or Cromatie in 1st and maybe the center from Ohio State Mangold in the second. (he probably won't make it to #51)

One thing for sure Nick drafted great last year and he is definately going to top that this year, I have faith that our decision makers can get it done. Wann/Spiel were great men, nice guys but got in over thier heads.

Drew Brees or Patrick Ramsey will be the 1st order of business. I do not see Saban spending the money on TO when we are about to sign Kelly Campbell. Not that Campbell is in the same class, but he is a viable 3rd WR. Saban will turn his attention to Ty Law as he proved he can still Get R Done! Lastly, the OL will be beefed up through FA and the draft.

Brees will be our big signing.

Bentley will be about $5-6 mill/ year, Hutch will be @ $7 mill. We will not be able to sign all the top FA's.

I say we pick up Fonoti at RG move Hadnot to center. Fonoti mabe a big difference in Minn.
Draft big tough guys to protect our QB and knock the stuffing out of the opposing QB.
