Free Saftey

Jones is suited to be released, not replaced anyone.

as a SS JOnes isn't bad. The past 2 games, we've played him closer to the LOS and he hasn't looked bad. He just doesn't have the discipline to be a FS

Clemons is needed, but might as well wait till next year, and just let the suck continue

I agree, I think the potential at SS is much higher for him. He is a solid tackler and his experience at FS should help him over time in coverage assignments. We need an eventual replacement for Bell anyways, he seems to be the best option on the current team.

Jones is a pretty damn good special teams player, he is much better suited for SS so having a good coverage FS would do wonders for us.

i dont think Yeremiah Bell will be with us next year he is pretty terrible in coverage this year but he still can hit the only way i see him staying is if he takes a pay cut.

Free safety is one of the biggest needs on this team.

The Earl Thomas trade down was a fiasco so far.

No kidding . . . typical **** up. You have your choice of Dez Bryant, Earl Thomas or Brandon Graham (who has battled injuries but who I believe would have been a hell of a strong side LB for us) and you trade down for the deepest position on the team and take a non pass rushing strong side OLB.

Quality> Quantity. Hopefully the next GM realizes that.

Graham would have been okay. Though, I wonder if Akeem Ayers would have better to assist Wake in pressuring the QB.

Or, if they were intent on moving Carey to Guard then when not draft Carimi?

All I know is we were a top 10 pass Defense last year with Clemons back there and this year our pass D looks awful without him.

Clemons might not be flashy but I think he's very underrated back there.

Exactly, basically. I mean there were two changes, one was Crowder and one was Clemons. From top D to bottom D. I'd play Clemons. And not starting him just hinders his growth as a player

That is one draft I really wish we could have back
