Anybody else feel like this season is a freeroll? I caught myself watching the Texans game and not caring too much if Miami lost because I have the mindset of "if Miami loses, it's OK...It's year 1" and if Miami wins.... Well.... Miami wins.

This has got to be one of the best years watching Miami Dolphin football in a good 4 years. Alot of optimism about the future of this franchise.

Freeroll season? Hell no!!! I am fired up at all moments during the game. If they win I am happy, if they lose I am pissed.

Oh hells no! I find myself wanting the Fins to win week in and week out.

I understand your point......actually it is the explanation i have given in response to other fans ribbing me about it. It's true, we ARE rebuilding. But damn if i don't LOVE seeing my boys win, and it gets me down if we lose. I still get amped, i was jumping up and down with each play during the Texans game. I love watching now, with an eye to the future.

The first time I catch myself watching the phins and being indifferent to whether they win or lose will be the last time I watch. Dont look for it to happen anytime soon.

Yeah, I get your point but, I find myself not getting too down during a loss as I did during Sabans years and in Wannstedt's years.

As a fan, I can't fathom EVER watching a Phins game and not caring if the win or lose. Wow, the idea of a "freeroll season" is mind boggling to say the least.

I would have agreed with you a month ago...not any more!!!

I didn't expect the team to compete the way they have with as little talent as we have in key positions...but a facts a fact....WE ARE COMPETATIVE. NOW...THIS YEAR!!! I didn't think we would even be competative until next year. Are we playoffs competative...maybe...don't give up hope quite yet...there is light at the end of the tunnel...and the tunnel may not be as long as we thought!!!

Not freeroll but seriously 4th and 1 at midfield you go for it... what have you to lose Sparano - D cannot stop the run or pass you play with the ball...

the play-calling didn't show the kind of moxie that had been so obvious VS NE and SD..., I was really pissed that he went "conservative" on 4th and 1 a few times.. and kept punting and that RB had one acrry after 1/3 of the game...

I'll get over it with a win this Sunday..., let the hogs run wild Sparano
