I think Saban dragged Gus in his office and twisted his finger and snapped it and said this is the way things are gonna be here! Sage is my starter next week. Repeat after me Gus, Sage is the starter! But Boss Saban, I threw for 350+ yards (SNAP!!) OOOWWWWW!!! Sage is the starter Sage is the starter Boss Saban!

Yep it was against Denver in 2002. I'll never forget that night, I was hospitalized and luckily it was a Sunday night game where I could watch it. Amazing ending.
