Our first preseason game against the Falcons is fast approaching. I for one am very excited with the no gameplan and little amount of practice we have had it will def me a show me kind of attitude for the young and fringe players on the squad.

I think people like Devlin, Gates, Clay, DT, Grisby, Pouncey and Wallace on the O and guys like Wilson, Jones on the defense will all get A LOT of playing time.

I personally hope Daboll pushes the ball and stay aggressive so we know what we have in those players inside this scheme, mainly its a selfish reason why I want that lol, I just want to see Gates and Clay in mismatches and getting chuck yards for us.

Nolan wont be showing much, and for that matter Daboll wont be showing much of the overall scheme but I would still like to see aggressive play, lots of motion, deep routes and some hard running behind an aggressive blocking line.

Scores and stats dont matter for anyone, except for maybe Henne, so let it fly and lets see some big plays and some hard hits...ITS FOOTBALL TIME *******!!!

I agree. I'm not interested in scheme - but I am very much interested in see what these guys have against some real competition. It's going to be about the little things, though - the overall score, the performance against what will probably be a vanilla defense... that won't matter much.

In keeping with the topic du jour, I couldn't care less if Henne goes out and throws for 3 TDs or 3 picks six. Neither is going to define what's going to happen during the season.

Yeah man you wont see much of Bush and Marshal and Hartline but those guys dont need to prove anything I want to see the hungry guys play so we get some real action

There's only one thing I want to see - some frickin mojo. A bit of swagger, y'know. Guys enjoying being footballers.

Can't take any more dull, stuttering, grinding bleuugh.

Its seems like its been quite a long time, forgetting about it and the whole lockout situation made it go by fast though. And with 4 preseason games and about 4 weeks plus till the real season starts, it will go by fast. In the words of Fart Scott, "Can't wait!!!"

As much as I'm excited about football, I want preseason to be over. Too much chance for devastating injuries... :nailbiter:

One thing I don't want to see over and over is the damn punter!

I eat football, I sleep football, I love football, I think the players are ready for football, So let's have football.

I can't wait to watch. I got free tickets and it will be good to see the phins again. Hopefully, we all get to see an injury free game and I want to see Daniel Scott run well and our D get after the Falcons.
