There have been a couple of times recently I wondered if Ross or someone was keeping the wallet short of shut. Do managements ever tighten the belts on their staff, because they are expecting a change in that management and want to limit the long term decisions of the current, (yet exiting soon), staff.

This is not a conspiracy thread. I'm asking? This must happen around the league from time to time. Is it possible it is happening here. I may be way off base but to me it is an interesting topic/question.

quite possibly you dont want to tie up a new coach
with a bunch of long term contracts
when you have a feeling your about to look for a new coach or GM..:err:

I hope Ross has yanked on the leash! Last thing we need is a desperate regime sabotaging our future for their mediocrity!

It almost seems like common sense doesn't it?

You can probably look no further back than last year at the Panthers and their lame duck coaching staff and front office... tell me how many coaches/players on that team were extended contracts during the season.

Yeah well firing the fist pumping canoli seemed like common sense last year too! But when you have a circus clown for a owner you can toss common sense out the window!

Don't worry, Jason Taylor will finish off Sparano, not that I think Taylors mouth should be open, but it is. He totally publicly slammed the head coach IMO.

Jt is just being honest should we shame the honest athlete who feels justifiably underworked
and not being pushed hard enough or smart enough in practice..

JT is doing what the coach should be doing heck id be all for JT as coach at this moment

Yes JT is doing what the coach should be doing. That's the slam. There are better ways to point it out and it shows disarray and lack of team.

Interesting, there sure are a lot of rumours and articles right now on Ross not letting them spend.
