If the front office cant do any better than this, how the hell can we expect the team to be any better than they are? If Ross really cares about this team like he says he does he has to know that its time to sell the team ? He just doesn't know how to run an NFL team and all of his money cant seem to buy enough people to help him with it. I give him credit for trying and his heart is in the right place, but it is not going to work. The only choice is to sell the team now. How many agree that this should happen?

Anyone who has confidence in Ross yet is as blind as Stevie Wonder. This whole GM interview process has been a total joke. Now we apparently call back a guy who wasn't even one of the finalists (Dawson). unreal. We're just grasping at straws and trying to find any warm body at this point.
The problem is you guys follow the media pundits like they are writing history. How, why, and what goes on beyond doors is only known by those behind doors.
This interview process has no bearing on the Dolphins performance on the field. You think as Lazor coaches up Tannehill, our GM interview process will be discussed by them?! Lol. Ridiculous.
