Ten years of crap, along comes a young QB with talent and solidly improved stats while building experience and ready to enter that crucial third year and this fanbase wants to start over.

Except this list doesn't tell us anything. Seattle is #1. New Orleans is right there in the same neighborhood. The list may say something about how the past 20 or so years has gone for the teams at the top of the list, but it says nothing about the present.
