Why is it bad, he cant catch anything throw in his direction. It was probably too expensive to come to an injury settlement with him so they put him on IR and will collect from insurance. There will be many WRs out there.
 
Derrick Pope made it, that's good I thought his size would play against him in this defense.
 
My guess is Feeley will be gone if we can find a young #3 to develop.

S Tony Bua-Sad to see him go but he really didn't have a position, and that's not good in Saban's system.

S Deandre Eiland-Didn't do much

RB Lamar Gordon-If he ever learned that he needed to use his strenth and not his speed to gain yards he might have been ok. Deserved to get cut.

S Jack Hunt-Never heard of the guy

P Donnie Jones-It's hard to beat out a guy like Turk

TE Donald Lee-Penalties,Dropped Balls, Fumbles, He Gone!

WR Maurice Mann-Didn't do much anyways.

FB Jamar Martin-Good blocker, bad hands. To be in Linehan's offense you need to catch the ball

TE John Owens-Only got him to get rid of Ayo.

TE Jason Rader-He did better than Lee, but not Diamond

G Rodney Reed-Dunno him

DT Reggie Rhodes-Dunno him

DT Dario Romero-Got lost in depth

LB Winston Taylor-If Wanny was here he would've made the team

G Jason Thomas-Never heard of him

G Taylor Whitley-Thank god.

Sad to see Chester go, but I assume once he's healthy we'll resign him to a smaller contract.
 
I just now realized that we kept both Mario Edwards and Kris Richard. I thought for sure that those guys would get cut.

Yeah, right. You think Saban was going to cut him? Call up Shaun Alexander and ask him what happened last year when Pope substituted for Zach Thomas in the Seahawks game.

Yea, and Chataam is the type of back that Linehan likes as well...Minor could be on shaky ground once RW returns...
