Andy Kent writes at MiamiDolphins.com that "We ran (this offense) in Washington without a fullback. I think if you have the right fullback then it fits," Cameron said. "With Cory Schelsinger and (rookie) Reagan (Mauia) they bring a physicalness. The fullback brings a mindset, he brings a physicalness to what you're doing, he's critical in short yardage, he's critical in goal line, he's critical in the four-minute offense late in the game."

I believe a good fullback can be useful, specially if your OL is not that good. However, I like the fact that Cam is flexible enough to run the same offense with or without FBs.

I was thinking the same thing.

I just read the article and got really excited. The fact that we signed Schlesinger had slipped my mind. Now that we have an experienced FB that essentially bulldozes people to open up holes for the running game, I'm thinking that Trent Green is gonna make it rain.... At least I hope he'll make it rain...

I think a good fullback is critical for a really good running game, look at SD, Neil is a great fullback and LT's success has to be attributed to his fullback.
