Funny moment from the game last night

I went to the game last night with over 1100 others from DolFans NYC (shoutout to Igor and Michelle for another great event) and not only did we control the noise in metlife, we had some fun at the expense of Jet legends.

First of all this game was having a halftime tribute to Wayne Chrebet and Leon Hess with them getting inducted into the Jets Ring of Honor. As people were filing in, they had pre-game introductions of former Jet players. At this point there were definitely more Fins fans than Jets fans, so every single Jet legend got boo'd like crazy....except for one....Chad Pennington, who we cheered loudly.

Dolphins also got cheered loudly when they ran out of the tunnel and the Jets were boo'd.

I don't know what Jets management was thinking. Having a ceremony to honor your legends on 1) Monday night game in December, and 2) vs the Dolphins, who you know full well will have a lot of fans in attendance.
 
I heard you guys after some big plays, especially after the big 3rd down pass to Sims in the 4th qtr. Huge roars of applause after several Dolphins big plays.

That's so awesome to hear that we have such a presence at a hated rival's house. I support us down here in FL, great to see em being supported elsewhere.

I was at work and heard the game on the radio in the maintenance shop, the first time I heard the crowd cheer I thought the jests did something good and ran to the radio and it was the Fins. At one point the announcer said jets ownership needs to take notice that there are more Dolphins fans than jests fans.
 
Great job by the group again this year. And thanks for posting OP. Hopefully Igor will put up a video like in the past.

I could hear the chants on TV at times and when they panned the camera you guys were shown a few times but there also was a lot of lone ticket holders scattered through out the stadium. Our team colors really stand out in a crowd.

You're not kidding. When I turned the TV on and saw the cheering I got confused and did a double take. I thought we were at home hahah.
 
I was at the game as well. I 100% saw a ton more dolphins fans than yet. It really felt like a home game it was awesome. Those players got boo'd good lol
 
When they showed Chrebet on TV, the first thing I thought was...'Dolphin Killer'. Madison and Surtain often struggled mightily with Chrebet.
