Updated with screen grab.

I forget what happened but at some point during the Eagles game Walt Aikens did something that really pissed me off. It led to me tweeting the Miami Dolphins account and said "Someone tell Walt Aiken to go f**k himself". I logged into Twitter this afternoon to see the notification that Walt Aikens (verified) had followed me. Couldn't help but laugh. Pretty sure he was definitely trolling me.

I actually enlisted his cousin into the Army here recently. She just graduated training, true story.

Why did you back down? I would have told him he's terrible, straight up. It's not like you're lying. If he can't handle that, then he is the one that needs to check reality with his own self analysis of play.

Terrible diagnosis of plays, terrible instincts, terrible attack angles, terrible tackling. He makes Gibril Wilson look like Ronnie Lott.

I'm so disappointed in Aikens that I'm thinking Jordan Kovacs would be a better option. Quite depressing.

probably because in the general sense of the world, a fan telling an nfl pro athlete (especially one from the dolphins), over the internet, likely from your couch, that he's terrible generally classifies you as an asshole. just sayin.

unless of course you're a pro DB coach, professional scout, or have any sort of hint of qualifications other than being a die-hard nfl fan. then, by all means....but at least provide some tips for the kid :chuckle:

funny little screen-grab OP! I probably would've dished a similar response. if an nfl player ever direct messaged me i'd do everything I could to get his business!

Real talk here; it doesn't take a pro coach or scout to tell someone is bad at anything once it reaches certain levels of unsatisfactory results. Aikens play at safety is equivalent to Geno Smith's play at QB and/or Dallas Thomas' play at LG IMO. For every good play, there are 5 bad ones or more. Does one need to be a pro coach or scout to sit here and say that Geno Smith is not a good QB or Dallas Thomas is not a good LG?
