He failed a physical with the Pack a month ago but he was here Thursday. Maybe a quick offseason signing at least for depth?

Visited and then laughed in the Dolphins face and said "no thank you, I want to play for an NFL team not join a circus"'.
I understand the disappointment but according to your statement this team should just move. No reason to continue and not try. I love my Dolphins too much for them to just roll over. Have faith. We will be back......At least we are not the Browns

Yeah we are so much further ahead of the Browns. The truth is, the Dolphins and Browns are the 2 biggest jokes of the NFL.

Sign him and cut Dallas Thomas. Is there a black Monday for players? Will Miami cut Thomas on Monday?

Not sure where this top CFL lineman thing comes from I guess one guys opinion or he won the award in 2012. Just for Trivia the current CFL best lineman award member was actually originally signed by the dolphins but didnt make it to preseason and the very same thing the next season.
He bounced around the Arena league playing 3 years or so in multiple areas. He has now been in Canada for three years. Sir Vincent Rogers.
Last years best CFL lineman was signed by Giants and was on injured reserve all year.

Olifiaye has worked out for teams before and even for us in 2011. 5 teams looked at him in 2011.

He has failed to impress any team to offer him a contract in all this time so I dont expect anything of any significance.

There is always a chance things change but the success rate of esp OL men are not that great from CFL.
Our own Mark Dixon though was a success. Came Wake is one of those rare major CFL success stories , most CFL players are not worthy of NFL roster spots even the best at their position there.
Cant hurt to look but teams have looked at him for years and have continually not brought him far.

If I recall, Dixon was hurt a lot but he was pretty good when healthy. Wake is a different matter altogether- if I'm not mistaken, he was projected to be a no 1 pick out of Penn State but then got hurt, changed his name and fell off the face of the Earth. Point is, he was on the radar in a significant way while in college. Didn't he dominate the CFL w like 200 sacks per game or something :) ?

I dont remember wake ever being thought of as a number one pick but I expected him to be a late round pick based on his combine. Maybe he was hurt in college but dont recall that, he was fairly pedestrian in college with great measurables.

Fox needs to be sent packing right along with him.

Doesn't hurt to bring him in and see what he can do. All we have is a pile of garbage on our o-line right now outside of 3 players.

We signed Michael Ola from Montreal in 2014. He now starts for the Detroit Lions. We cut him, of course. The force was strong with Dallas Thomas.

He's 6'6 325 and been an all star in Canada for several years. Maybe he's a backup swing tackle type.

The fact that apparently there isn't a FA lineman better than Dallas Thomas is a travesty! No way you could ever convince me that's true. This team failed to set a tone about BS play not being allowed.
