Do you guys have any peculiar rituals that help the phins win? I have to wear my old mesh #88 jersey (Keith Jackson I think).

When I was in middle school I banned my mom from the living room because I thought she made the Dolphins lose.
 
i wear my white marino jersey that is perma
soaked in beer, blood and pizza grease!!

i dunno, i just feel i have to and it keeps

I don't wear any dolphins gear on gameday. Whenever I do, they lose.:shakeno:
 
Whenever possible, I try to watch the game - and pregame - with fans of the opposition. This sets the stage for loads of smack talking. This week (read: Summer) has already been fun. Living 45 miles outside of Pittsburgh has given me a target-rich environment. Since Ben went down, it's been kinda gloomy at the local watering hole.:nana: :poke: :rasp:

I don't awnser the phone regardless who calls, they should know better then to call when the Fins play.:dolphins:
 
Can't have anything in my pocket, no wallet, keys, or cash. Must wear whatever I wore when the Dolphins last won. Get some lovin' the night before. Can't miss kickoff. My Dolphins socks must be pulled all the way up during the whole game.

Each year I try to observe the least amount of these rules as possible, if the Dolphins win I don't have to repeat them. But when they lose, I wonder what it is I did wrong. :goof:
 
Don't get ****y...

I try not to be really ****y in front of a friend who likes the opposition. I have a friend who is a Steelers fan and despite Batch playing I won't gloat until the Phins win...

I also wear every single Phins jersey and hat I own (5 jerseys and 5 hats). I'm so nervous for Thursday...

They need to win this game... Especially now
 
I have a pretty sweet superstition that i started last year.

begining of the year i would rotate jerseys from ronnie to personalized to marino to whatever. The fins started playing really bad and after the Cleveland game i decided it was time for a change. Well my grandmother (god bless her) gave me this really ugly Dolphin shirt. Its orange with the new revolution helmet (the one sam madison always wore and peyton manning for those of you who dont know what it is) but i started weaing it starting the next game and i believe it was the buffalo game and wore it every game since. Never washed it and is sitting in my closet ready for thursday.

Dude you have Phins socks...that is awesome....

I used to have about 1000 superstitions on gameday...then I realized that nothing I do has anything to do with my beloved Phins. But I sure as heck wish it did...because I would send them all the good mojo I could muster If I thought it would make one lick of difference.
 
I usually try to wear the same jersey as long as the Phins are winning...as soon as they lose I wear another jersey. I have four jerseys, and a couple shirts and sweatshirts. I am going to start wearing the FH Dolphins hat that came with the VIP kit starting Thursday...it better work. :wink:
