A great result yesterday, especially after giving the Pats a 14-0 lead.:hump:

By half time, momentum was switching with us within 4 points, and getting the ball to start the second half...I was in Ireland on a cold wet December night, but I was pumped...I expected the place to be rocking to start the second half.:woot:

The second half kicks off. We go three and out and have to punt. Ok, so we turn it around and win an absolute cracker.

My point however is that there was NO atmoshere to start the second half. I was listening to the Miami commentary and watching, as best I could, to streaming on the computer. The place seemed dead. Then the camera panned to the stands, and I could not believe, the stands were over 50% empty for Miami's opening drive.WTF.

Things improved after that and by games end, the noise was belting through my earphones...but, the second half start could have hurt.

Please, please, make sure for the remaining home games that you fans lucky enough to be able to go to the home games are there for the team ALL game. You guys are the 12th man and are vital to the team.:thanks:

Well, to be fair, There's like 30000 fans getting up at the same time to go get snacks and stuff, I'm not sure they can all get their stuff, use the bathroom, and get back to their seat in 15 mins. But I see what you mean. The important part though is they showed up when the team needed them the most :D

Ross has said he wants to make it easier to get food in your seats (those hand held computers they are handing out will help a lot) He also wants more screens around the concords so everyone doesn't have to rush the bathrooms at halftime. The set up is the same in the Medowlands and you'll notice the stadium looks half empty there when the 2nd half starts.

Yeah, as someone who has been to countless games (as many other people on here), you know the halftime drill. The lines for bathrooms, concessions, etc go WELL beyond the 15 minutes of halftime. Thats why the stadium looks half empty at the beginning of the 2nd half. Its usually worse in Sept and Oct because of the heat. Its normal though and by half way through the 3rd, its usually back to normal.

When you are at the game it is hard to gauge how long it has been since you left your seat. Personally, I never leave at halftime because it chaos its either before of after the game for me.

It was dead because everyone was still in the concourse. Once it filled back up, we got loud as ever at least in my section. Still too many fans sold their tickets to pats fans though. I was easily outnumbered in my section.
