Game Vs Patriots will tell the truth

Of what the ceiling is for the 2020 Dolphins.
Miami can certainly absorb a likely loss vs KC but what they do hosting Scam and the Patsies will define their season.

Water is wet?

Ya that could end up the barometer game...need that one + the Raiders at LEAST to make the playoffs...unless, of course, they shock the world and beat the Chiefs.

I just don't understand how anyone ever counts the Pats out of anything until they are mathematically out. Even without Brady they have a coaching staff unmatched in the modern era and that has shown the ability to get the best out of mediocre players for years while also being able to shift gameplans week to week to exploit your weakness and/or give you something unexpected.

I feel like we actually match up well against the Chiefs. Obviously that team is about to be a dynasty and that game is going to be super tough, but you got to think Flores is going to go all out for that one. The best thing about or entire team is our secondary. Teams struggle moving the ball through the air against us. Inversely, our run D against a smashmouth team like the Patriots is what worries me.

What if we beat the Chiefs and lose to the Pats.

LMAO I see a lot of hoping and wishing in this thread. We are going to get worked by KC. Sorry guys but you needed a reality check.

Not surprised this is your post. If we don’t get worked do you promise never to...

Miami isn't beating the Chiefs. So its fair to use the Pat's game as a better measuring stick

I'm worried we may not win another game this season. That's a very realistic possibility. Unless Mahomes comes down with covid before next week we have little chance in that game. And if NE knocks off the Rams next week they will pass us in the standings with another win over us the following week. With the way our offense is playing do we really have much of a chance to outscore the Chiefs, Raiders and Bills? Hopefully, we'll be pleasantly surprised this last month of the season.
