Gameday Chatroom -- Help Needed

Ok guys... Some of you may or may not know that people wanted a fast-paced way to communicate during the games. People were requesting the 30 limit between posts to be removed (a lot of stuff can happen in 30 seconds right?). This is not possible, as the staff realized it could severely affect the server's performance.

Mindwarp prepared an awesome chatroom for the members of finheaven to use during games. Mindwarp, myself and several premies have been alpha testing it for a while now. Now it's in beta, and we need to stress test it a little bit.

If you want to try it, visit http://chat.finheaven.com and create a user. We ask that you keep it identical to your name here (for identification sake) but it's not a requirement. You password can be whatever you like. --Read the notes below --

NOTES:

--We're trying to pile as many people into the chatroom as possible... So check it out.

--If you register with no email address it will set you up as a guest. Guests can't speak by default. They need a mod to enable it. Use an email address! (yes you can use a fake one)

--Don't be a moron and try to use someone else's name... You will be banned. :D

guys when you get there register. If you log in with your username and password without registering there, it will work, however you will be logged as guest and not as a user.

last year we did this on aim. there were quite a few people going in and out. its a great idea rather than having a thread where you have to wait to post every 30 seconds. great idea mindwarp and mor911.

Another member from this board (Xiidaen) and I logged into the chatroom from the Sportz Bar for the game against TB. IMO it performed admirably. I didn't see or hear of any of the kinks from the previous game. Any other opinions from anyone who may have been on?

BTW - props to Mor911 and Mindwarp for their hard work on this project.

It worked very well this past game..

My advice would be to disable smilies FOR THOSE who have any lag problems or processing issues.
