I Beleive that one of our biggest advantages over the broncos is their inabilty to completly gameplan for us.

1. Offense- To study linehans system they will need to look at tapes from minney, the problem though is that our players are completly different than minney's. Not just at a talent level, but more to the fact that everyone runs things a little different. Granted they are used to playing the vikes, but linehan has adapted his system to our team. They can look at pre-season, but we never really opened it up, and the first teamers were not on the feild that much. This will give them limited film to study. The broncos however have run the same system for 10 years. We should definatly be able to find enough film, and game logs to try and counter them.

Advantage- Miami

2. Defense- This is the same as the offense as it is a new system to us. Saban has been very careful in not showing to much during th pre-season. Especially with our caged rabid tiger(JT). Brocos will have to check out film from LSU, and the first teams limited pre-season snaps. We however have plenty of footage from them and should be able to properly gameplan.

Advantage-Miami

Now I am not saying that we will go out score 8 TD's and limit them to 12 rushing yards. All i'm saying is that the unknowns of our system will be an advantage to us during the first 1-3 weeks. The disadvantage to us is that we are not completly comfortable in our new systems. All this boils down to is that we have some good dolphin football to look forward to.

agree, but this is the NFL and this isn't the first time a situation like this has occured. Sometimes, a lot of times it isn't necessary for the donkeys to know what we are going to do. A lot of teams this now play strictly zone coverage and mix things up with the front seven. In fact, a good defense dictates what an offense does.....

it will all be interesting, lets hope for the best

The other side of the coin is our experience in running these new systems. Being all new to us we may have missed blocks, bad routes, and timing issues.

I just hope we win i am so sick of people saying how bad we are it would be nice to silence the critics at least for 1 week

Good point, but wait a second...if that was the case than why wasn't Spurrier and other College coaches weren't so successfull? :D

because butch davis hired all college coaches to surround him and spurrier was never given the opportunity to bring in the type of players he wanted.

plus saban HAS NFL experience. :D

saban has brought in the cream of the crop for coaches.

Because they were never in the NFL b4 college...

Spurrier was running a college offense in a pro-league. Saban is using an established and succesful NFL offense.

Also he has been running a pro-style defense for years.

Spurrier was gimmick, Saban is driven.

I think you make some good points. However, I wonder if our inexperience running the system outweighs the 'unkown' factor for the Broncos. I'm hoping not, but I guess we won't know for sure until after this Sunday.

Go Phins!!

This is not a ringing endorsement for the Colorado educational system......WOW:shakeno:

Keys to the Game:
Offense:Gus does not Overthrow recivers and force throws like in the tampa Game. Recievers donnot drop the football. If ball is Intercepted dont let DT run it back for a TD
Defense:Stuff Run. Keep PLummer in a place he doesnt work well in...The Pocket. DONT GET BEAT DEEP
